Adelaide Party Hire supplies corporate, council and public event hire across Adelaide and regional South Australia. Council activations, festivals, school fetes, community days, conferences, product launches, race days and staff functions. We deliver, install, operate and pack down, so your team runs the event rather than the equipment.

Built for events on public land

Work on a reserve, a foreshore or a main street comes with requirements a backyard party never has. Our structures are engineer-certified with documented wind ratings, and we carry $20 million public liability cover, work health and safety documentation, safe work method statements for installs, and current electrical test and tag records for lighting, audio and catering equipment. All of it is available to your procurement team on request.

Where a site does not allow pegging, we ballast with concrete, sandbag or water weights. If you need certificates attached to a purchase order or a permit application, ask and we will send the pack.

Structures and capacity

Our marquee and pavilion range is built on 10 metre wide spans in 3 metre bays, available from 3 metres through to 30 metres long, in white roof, clear roof and black frame clear roof. Because the bays link, a footprint can be built to the site rather than the other way around. We also carry 6 metre and 15 metre wide span pavilions and a star tent.

As a guide, a 10m x 12m pavilion seats around 70 guests and a 10m x 21m around 130, with dance floor or stage space allowed. Wall sides, ceiling draping and stage covers are available.

Around the structure we supply flooring and dance floors that protect turf and level uneven ground, fencing and crowd barriers for licensed and ticketed zones, heating and cooling, festoon and feature lighting, and PA, microphones and projection for speeches and presentations.

Seating, tables and catering at volume

We carry seating and tables in the quantities public events need, not a handful of sets. Chairs in multiple styles, trestle and banquet tables, bar and leaner tables, cafe and bistro settings, and lounge furniture for VIP and sponsor areas.

For catered functions we supply commercial catering equipment including bain maries, urns and hot boxes, plus dinnerware, cutlery, glassware and linen, all delivered clean and counted.

How we work with councils and organisations

We have operated from Salisbury South since 2017, and run seven trucks and a team of 35, so installs are handled by our own crews rather than subcontracted out. That matters when a bump-in window is tight or a site needs to be cleared by a set hour.

Send us the site, the date, expected numbers and any permit conditions. We will return an itemised quote, a recommended layout and the compliance documentation your approvals process needs. For larger or unfamiliar sites we will attend a site inspection before quoting, so what arrives on the day actually fits. Purchase orders and organisational invoicing are welcome.
